Industry champion 2025 in the area of customer satisfaction

We at kingnature are very pleased about the award from the Swiss Institute for Quality Testing (SIQT), which attests to kingnature’s top customer satisfaction (top 5 of 16 companies)! We were awarded in the food supplements sector (online stores) by the industry monitor:

SIQT’s Swiss Industry Monitor 2025 examines consumer satisfaction with 1,905 companies from 165 industries. Over 318,000 ratings from Swiss customers form the basis of this comprehensive analysis.

The focus is on three key performance indicators:

  • Customer service
  • Price-performance ratio

These scores enable comparable assessments across sectors.

In addition to a cross-industry ranking of the top 20% (“customer champions”), the best-performing companies within each industry are recognized as “industry champions” – ranked according to the number of companies in each industry.
